Sparky is a lively boy who doesn't want to share his affection with other dogs. He needs to be the only dog in the household but cats are OK. He also need a little work on his housetraining. SARL does not place our pets on a "first come, first served" basis. We only adopt to local candidates who are able to visit our shelter and never ship any of our pets regardless of the suitability of the prospective home.
