Esme
Esme was only "hanging on" when she
was found. Her arm gravely slashed underneath,
the skin gaping open for 8 inches around her body,
but Esme stoically seemed to know we were there
to help. Who knows what this precious cat endured
when she'd been let outside. Cut open on a fence?
Gashed by another animal? What ever had befallen
her, it has taken many weeks of healing. Esme
is quiet, but no shy wallflower.
While in foster care she has proven herself to
be extremely cuddly and having a special fondness
for a belly rub...while being held in your arms!
She has a dense, shiny coat and enjoys a good
brushing. Esme has been through so much and although
sitting in a shelter for many weeks , the terrific
personality of this warm and luscious girl remains
intact.
