Addie Welch (Class of 2002)

In October 2002 my family adopted "Addie" from the Salem Animal Rescue League during an Open House. All had warned us that she was a "skittish" kitten, but she has quickly taken a prime role in our family and, of course, rules the house and our hearts. After having mother and son tabbies who lived nearly 20 years, we were nervous about adopting another cat for fear that none could ever have the same impact on our family. but nothing could be further from the truth. Addie has stolen everyone's love and enriched all our lives. Here is Addie under the Christmas tree enjoying the season.
